Improvements

• Added "Country" and “City field to the Reservation’s Payment Info tab

We have added “Country” and “City” fields to the Reservation’s Payment Info tab in order to be able to capture the Credit Card info and have the fields consistent throughout Limo Anywhere (Account, Reservation, and Payment Terminal).

Bug Fixes

• Resolved issue where users were getting an error when uploading Driver Portrait and Vehicle Type image
