Getting Started Guide: Limo Anywhere Core

Congratulations on upgrading to the Limo Anywhere Core Package and gaining access to three new addons that will enhance your reservation management experience. In this guide, we will walk you through getting started with each of the addons: Manifest Upload, Vehicle Maintenance, and Incident Management. Let’s dive in!

Manifest Upload

The Manifest Upload addon streamlines the process of importing trips into your Limo Anywhere account. In-order to turn this feature on you much send a request to support@limoanywhere.com

1. Log in to your Limo Anywhere account using your credentials.
2. Access your Add-Ons Dashboard by clicking on the Add-Ons tab in the main navigation menu.
3. In the Add-Ons Dashboard, navigate to the Manifest Upload Tool in the side navigation menu.
4. Follow the steps outlined in the “Uploading Reservation Manifest” with Limo Anywhere Add-Ons (Manifest Upload Tool)” guide provided earlier in this documentation. This will guide you through efficiently importing trips from various sources, saving time and reducing costs.

Vehicle Maintenance

The Vehicle Maintenance addon empowers you to effectively manage the maintenance of your vehicles within Limo Anywhere.

1. Log in to your Limo Anywhere account using your credentials.
2. From your dashboard, select “Vehicle Maintenance” from the side menu.
3. In the Vehicle Maintenance section, you can proactively manage vendors and effortlessly add new work orders for your vehicles.
   • Manage Vendors: Maintain a list of trusted vendors by providing their name, contact information, phone number, email, and location.
   • Create Work Orders: Easily add new work orders by selecting the status, assigning an employee, choosing a vendor, setting the priority, selecting the vehicle, and providing a detailed description of the maintenance issue. Additionally, you can include specific part order information, labor details, and even attach relevant photos.

Incident Management

The Incident Management addon simplifies the process of handling incident reports related to your trips and vehicles. Here’s how to get started:

1. Log in to your Limo Anywhere account using your credentials.
2. From your dashboard, access the “Incident Report” feature from the side menu.
3. In the Incident Report section, you can efficiently create and manage incident reports.
   • Create Incident Reports: Report incidents by selecting the relevant trip, incident type, driver, vehicle, date, location, and providing a comprehensive description of the incident. Attach photos and additional files, if necessary, to provide detailed documentation.
