2024 has been a monumental year for Limo Anywhere, and we would like to highlight some of these achievements. From significant system upgrades to the introduction of powerful new features, we've continued to evolve our platform to better serve your needs.

Expanding Our User Base

This year, we surpassed a major milestone: 5,500 operators now use Limo Anywhere across the globe, a testament to our dedication to the ground transportation industry.  While this increase in users is good for us, it is also great for you.  More operators on Limo Anywhere translates to an increase in affiliate relationships across the LA Network.  Connecting through Limo Anywhere opens the door to a larger customer base and boosts bookings, enabling fleet owners to expand their business and revenue.

Major System Upgrades

Team Growth:

  • Our team expanded significantly, with more staff added to development, support, onboarding, and communications.  Since last year we have increased our overall staff by 30% with major increases in our Onboarding and Q&A departments. 

Enhanced Reporting Tools

  • We restored historical reporting functionality, allowing you to query up to 3 years of data with prior years being reintroduced soon.

Pricing Update

Starting on December 1st 2024, we began transitioning to a new pricing model that aligns with the growth of our service offerings and the evolving needs of our customers. The new structure includes: 

  • Simplified Packages: We've consolidated our pricing into straightforward packages: Core, Plus, & Black —each designed to suit different business needs. You can find detailed information about each package on our website
  • New Monthly Rate: The new rate structure will include a lower flat monthly rate for each package level, accompanied by per trip pricing. 
  • Volume-Based Value Pricing: Per trip pricing applies to all trips created during your monthly service period, including internal and affiliate bookings. This means you'll only pay for what you use, offering cost-saving opportunities during slower seasons and flexibility during peak times. 

How This Benefits You: 

  • Potential Cost Savings: For businesses with fluctuating trip volumes, this model offers potential savings during slower months with a lower flat monthly rate while ensuring you have the tools you need during busier periods.  Further, businesses that do larger volumes may realize greater savings by upgrading to one of the premium package levels. 
  • Predictable Expenses: We understand the importance of budgeting. This new model helps you better predict monthly expenses by aligning your fees with your usage.

  • Batch Payment: We’re streamlining settlement by highlighting trips needing payment attention and allowing batch capture of multiple transactions.
  • Request A Card: Empower your business with the ability to request card details in a single step. With secure email links, clients can easily provide their card information, which can be saved on their account for future use or applied to individual reservations or invoices.
  • Auto-Time Zone Lookup: Benefits dispatchers by helping them manage rides across different time zones. It serves as a reminder to adjust for time zone differences when handling bookings.
  • Advanced Compliance MGT: A tool for managing compliance with regulations and requirements, including those related to insurance, licensing, and safety.

Coming in 2025

  • User Interface Redesign: A modernized user interface will be introduced gradually, allowing customers to opt-in at their own pace. 
  • System Performance Upgrades: Continuous improvement remains a priority. We are committed to optimizing the platform’s performance and speed across all areas. 
  • AI Integration: We are actively developing AI-driven solutions across multiple areas of our platform, including sales, support, and customer service. These initiatives will enhance operational efficiency and provide smarter tools for our customers.

  • Innovative Payment Solutions: We are streamlining workflows for secure and efficient customer payment processing, while integrating tools from card networks to minimize fraud and reduce risk. 
  • Enhanced Messaging/Notifications (Push, WhatsApp, Slack) We are designing a more flexible notification system, enabling the delivery of event-based data across multiple channels for operators, customers, and stakeholders. 
  • Platform Unification: We aim to further integrate add-ons and Limo Anywhere into a cohesive platform. Both the user interface and back-end systems will evolve to create a unified experience. 
  • Double Farm: Responding to customer demand, we are incorporating double farm support within our system. 
  • Advanced Mapping & Autocomplete: The core mapping engine is undergoing a comprehensive update to deliver improved auto-complete functionality in address fields across the platform. 
  • GPS Integrations: We are consolidating hardware GPS data into the GPS tab, enabling side-by-side viewing of DA and GPS feeds. 
  • Authentication Enhancements: Our authentication process will be enhanced to simplify secure access for all users, balancing security with user convenience by integrating new technologies that reduce friction. 
  • IO Experience Optimization: In 2025, we will launch an IO (Independent Operator) focused app experience, designed to simplify key processes such as farming, assigning, paying, and communicating with IO partners. 
  • System-wide Alias Support: We are introducing "Alias Aware" features, which will enable the creation of brand silos while maintaining unified dispatching tasks across the platform.
