We are thrilled to announce the launch of a highly anticipated feature: Auto Time Zone Selection! This enhancement is designed to simplify your reservation process by automatically assigning the time zone based on the pickup location of the trip. No more manual time zone adjustments—saving you time and reducing errors! 

How Does It Work? 

When the Auto Select Time Zone feature is enabled in your Limo Anywhere system, the following improvements will take place: 

• New Reservations: Time zones for trips coming from all sources including ORES, PWA, LA NET, Dispatch Mobile App, etc. will automatically match the time zone of the pickup location. 

• Trip Copies and Round Trips: These will inherit the time zone of the original trip for consistency and convenience. 

• Farmed-Out Trips: When trips are shared with affiliates, the receiving operator will see the time zone aligned with the pickup location, ensuring seamless collaboration. 

• Existing Trips: Trips created before this feature is enabled will automatically update to the pickup location's time zone only if the pickup location is modified.

This feature minimizes errors associated with time zone discrepancies and eliminates the need for manual adjustments. For instance:

This feature leverages robust technology to fetch accurate time zone data based on pickup location latitude and longitude. Our service is designed to prioritize accuracy and performance. If there are any disruptions, the system will fall back to Google Maps' Time Zone API to maintain uninterrupted service.
