New Feature: Instant SMS Alerts for ORES Bookings & Quotes

Limo Anywhere is excited to introduce a highly requested feature that enhances your ability to stay on top of new reservations and quote requests—instant SMS notifications for ORES activity!

What’s New?

Previously, our system allowed you to receive email notifications whenever a customer booked a ride or requested a price quote through your ORES widget. Now, with this update, you can also receive these notifications via text message—ensuring you never miss an important booking.

How It Works

Within Limo Anywhere’s My Office settings, under:
My Office > Company Settings > Messaging & Template Settings > Notifications you’ll now find two fields:

1. Notify Primary Contact of New Online Reservation, Modifications and Cancellations:
2. Notify Primary Contact of Quote Requests

By selecting “Yes” to these fields, you will receive an SMS alert whenever:

• A customer books or alter’s a reservation using your ORES widget.
• A customer submits a quote request through ORES.

If you prefer, you can enable both email and SMS notifications to stay updated through multiple channels.

That’s it! You’ll now receive real-time text alerts whenever an online reservation or quote request is submitted.
