Based on your valuable feedback through Facebook and direct communications, we're pleased to announce that we're reintroducing the functionality you relied upon—now rebranded as "View SMS Templates."

Why the Change?

Originally, the "Send SMS" option served as a quick way to access and utilize pre-made SMS templates, ideal for rapidly sending email to SMS to drivers. However, due to shifts in regulatory standards like 10DLC SMS messaging, we aimed to align our features to these new guidelines and offer more seamless integration with approved messaging channels.

But your feedback highlighted how much the previous functionality was valued as a convenient template reference.

The newly reintroduced "View SMS Templates" option restores your quick access to all stored templates right within the dispatch grid. Now, you'll again be able to rapidly select, copy, and utilize your pre-built messages without additional clicks or navigation, exactly as you previously enjoyed.
