Important System Upgrade On May 19th – Migrating To New & Enhanced Infrastructure 

We are excited to share an important update regarding the evolution of our service infrastructure. In response to our rapidly growing customer base, which now exceeds 5,500 operators globally, we are preparing to augment our system significantly. This upgrade is scheduled for Sunday May 19th, between 1-2 AM Central Time, and marks a substantial investment in our commitment to providing you with improved performance, stability, and scalability.  

To prepare for this major upgrade, we have initiated a code freeze to ensure a smooth transition of our systems. During this period, our focus will be on fine-tuning our services in anticipation of the migration.   

We have chosen Amazon's renowned AWS cloud services as our new platform. This move will boost our services' reliability and ensure that we can continue to support our ongoing expansion without compromising performance.  

The new infrastructure will enhance our system's capacity and include state-of-the-art monitoring tools that facilitate faster response times and overall reliability. A team of top-tier migration experts will oversee this transition, aiming to minimize any service interruptions to less than 60 minutes. Limo Anywhere will be unavailable for use during this time window, so please plan accordingly. We may be down for longer, so please make backup plans.   

Prior to this technical upgrade window, we encourage you to take any necessary steps to ensure your operations will be minimally disrupted (e.g. downloading your passenger manifests for the timeframe in question). We do not anticipate AddOns related modules to be impacted during this maintenance window, but all other Limo Anywhere products will be including our mobile apps. 

  • To ensure uninterrupted access to your upcoming trip details during the maintenance period, we recommend utilizing one of the following methods: 
  • Generate a Reservation Manifest: Print a reservation manifest report containing all the necessary trip details for the maintenance window. 
  • Configure Recurring Reservation Manifest Email: Schedule a reservation manifest to be automatically emailed regularly, providing up-to-date trip information in your inbox. 
  • If you experience any issues after the migration is completed, please clear your cookies and cache.  You can also contact support at support@limoanywhere.com  

Soon after the migration is complete, we will also be reintroducing full historical reporting data back into your systems as a fast follow-on, as committed earlier this year.
