Streamlining Dispatch Management with Improved Refresh Options 

We are excited to announce an improvement to our Dispatch Grid with the addition of enhanced refresh options designed to optimize your dispatch experience: 

1. Auto Update: Real-time reservation updates streamed directly to your dispatch window. 

2. Manual Refresh: User-initiated browser refresh for the latest updates. 

3. 10-minute Refresh: Automatic programmatic refresh every 10 minutes. 

Understanding Auto Updates 

With the Auto Updates feature activated, you’ll experience a more streamlined dispatch process: 

• Instant Updates: The Dispatch Grid will automatically update to reflect real-time changes across the Limo Anywhere ecosystem. 

• Highlighted Changes: Updated trips will be visibly highlighted or glow within the Dispatch Grid, making them easy to identify. 

• Enhanced Dispatch Efficiency: This feature minimizes manual refreshes, allowing dispatchers to concentrate on optimizing operations and client service. 

Setting Up Auto Updates on the Dispatch Grid 

Auto Updates is now automatically enabled in the Dispatch Grid settings. If you do want to reconfigure it follow the steps below; 

1. Open Grid Setup: Click “Grid Setup” on the Dispatch page to open the configuration options. 

2. Navigate to Date/Time Tab: Within the popup window, select the Date/Time tab, which contains refresh settings. 

3. Select Auto Updates: From the “Refresh Dispatch Every:” dropdown list, choose “Auto Updates”. 

4. Apply Changes: Click “Update Dispatch Grid Fields” to save your new settings.
