Improvements

• Added Primary and Secondary Driver breakdown of hours and hourly pay to Driver Payroll Report (this will be released in the next coming days)

• Updated the System Status link in Help menu to go to our new status page - https://status.limoanywhere.com/

Bug Fixes

• Resolved issue where other file attachments were not being received for Gmail addresses
