Improvements

• Extended the state workflow to include affiliate states for farm-in/outs
  (Note: the UI has been implemented and the functionality of the new states will be working soon)

Bug Fixes

• Resolved issue where trips that had not been offered to the driver were showing up in DA Search
• Resolved issue where cancellation confirmations were being emailed automatically when a LANet trip was cancelled
• Resolved issue where there was an error in removing trips from an invoice in some cases
• Resolved issue where Network Merchant gateway users in some cases were experiencing a Problem Encountered” message
