Improvements

• Updated Quote to be a type of reservation instead of a status
• Added an arrow to the 'New Res" button to include a new Quote selection to start a new Quote

• Added Distance Pricing to “Apply Rate Table” in Quote Details screen
• Improved Affiliate Driver mapping to use In-House Driver statuses if Affiliate Driver states are unmapped

Bug Fixes

• Resolved issue where farm-in affiliate’s driver and car info were not received by farm-out affiliate in some cases
• Resolved issue where farm-out affiliate could not update status on their reservation if the reservation was farmed-out via LA Net
• Resolved issue where operators could not “Clear” (CL) affiliate on a farmed-out reservation via LA Net
• Resolved issue where after rejecting an Online/eFarm-in reservation the reservation would reappear in Online/eFarm-in tab
• Resolved issue where Boston Coach was unable to send reservations into LA in some cases
